News from Virginia State University: Virginia State University Secures Top-Tier 10-Year APA Accreditation For Clinical Health Psychology Ph.D. Program
Virginia State University is proud to announce that its Clinical Health Psychology Ph.D. program has earned a 10-year accreditation in clinical psychology from the American Psychological Association (APA) Commission on Accreditation (CoA), the highest level of recognition awarded by the Commission. VSU joins a small number of Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs) nationwide with APA-accredited doctoral programs in clinical psychology.

VDOE NEWS: Virginia Department of Education Announces $510,000 in Grants for Principal Registered Apprenticeship Program
These grants provide a pathway for aspiring principals in partnership with a state-approved educator preparation program to earn their master’s degree or a certificate with licensure to become endorsed in Administration and Supervision no later than June 30, 2027.
